Reporting to the Team Leader of Training Delivery, this role involves planning and delivering training programs, as well as acting as the SME in designing and validating learning materials across pork farming operations.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Planning, conducting, and recording assessmentsProviding training, advice, and guidance to studentsDelivering learning via classroom, virtual, on-site, and discussionsIdentifying areas for improvement and recommending changesSupporting students' understanding of expectationsAssessing learning needs and collaborating with sites for solutionsProviding additional support for LLN/disability needsValidating and updating learning materialsTracking student progressPlanning future training sessionsScheduling training based on site requirementsEnsuring paperwork accuracy and meeting student requirementsAbout you:Motivated individual passionate about the food industry and working with peopleExperience in pork farming operations, including handling, housing, and feedingMust have or be willing to obtain a Certificate IV in Training and AssessmentExperience in routine healthcare and pig movementSupportive and encouraging learner support skillsStrong computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)Ability to work independently and in teamsCritical thinking and continuous improvement mindsetAbility to partner with site staff for learning and developmentPlease note: Travel to various sites across JBS Australia may be required.Benefits include:Investment in your learning and career developmentDiscounted meat productsRetail discounts with national partnersHealth insurance discounts (Bupa, Medibank)What next?
