Job Title: Senior Accreditation and Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accreditation and Project Manager to drive our organization's accreditation success and lead transformative projects across the Northern Sydney region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the transition to district-wide accreditation assessment
  • Project manage key safety and quality initiatives aligned with Clinical Governance and Patient Experience priorities
  • Provide strategic advice to influence the direction of accreditation, quality improvement, and safety initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a health-related field and/or extensive experience in a healthcare environment
  • Excellent leadership, innovation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment

You will be responsible for leading transformative projects that improve patient care and outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives, and provide strategic advice to influence the direction of accreditation, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.
