About the Role:

In this newly created role, you will engage with clients as their first point of contact, efficiently planning and coordinating projects. Your objective is to implement assigned products for clients, including pre-sales activities, pre-installation assessments, and systems analysis as required, software integration, and post-installation implementation assessment.

You will primarily work with various Document Management Systems and Document Drafting Software, managing overall success and client satisfaction with DMS and Drafting Solutions projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage overall success and client satisfaction with DMS and Drafting Solutions projects
  • Serve as a technical pre-sales advisory to customers during the sales cycle
  • Help clients plan implementation projects, including setting up engagements and planning sessions with key stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are initiated promptly, reflecting client expectations
  • Create project reports to communicate status to key client stakeholders and Integration Services business functions
  • Track performance of projects to meet expectations and timelines, manage risks, and address any issues that may arise
  • Manage review process with product organization and coordinate responses to clients
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in technology or law with solid experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within technical pre-sales support
  • Experience in pre-sales activities, pre-installation assessments, systems analysis, software integration, and post-installation implementation assessments
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, Microsoft products, and Document Management Systems such as iManage and NetDocuments
  • Problem-solving skills to quickly mitigate challenges and ensure project outcomes
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team, collaborating with sales, product, and support teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening carefully and influencing internal colleagues and external clients
