Cloud Data Specialist

We are seeking a talented Cloud Data Specialist to join our team and help pioneer new technologies to improve time to market, reliability, and performance of data science and analytical applications.

The ideal candidate will have proficiencies in Python, SQL, and Airflow or other orchestration tools, as well as experience with Google Cloud or other cloud technologies to build data engineering solutions.

The role involves developing cloud-based data pipelines to solve a broad range of business problems, creating, presenting, and seeking inputs and feedback on architecture, solution designs, and fostering alignment and support for solutions.

As a Cloud Data Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work in an agile setup, grow your skills, and contribute to high-impact projects that enrich our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing cloud-based data pipelines using Python, SQL, and Airflow or other orchestration tools.
  • Designing and implementing data architectures that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Communicating analysis, insights, solution designs, and showcasing working solutions.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Airflow or other orchestration tools.
  • Experience with Google Cloud or other cloud technologies.
  • Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in an agile setup and adapt to changing priorities.
