We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Jewellery Retail Leader to join our Frontline Retail Melbourne team in Melbourne.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing jewellery store, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of retail management experience, a passion for jewellery, and excellent leadership skills.

You will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing a team of sales professionals, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives.

About the Role
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff management, and inventory control.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Sales Management: Drive sales and achieve store targets by implementing effective sales strategies, promoting special offers, and actively engaging with customers.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor store staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and teamwork.
  • Inventory Oversight: Manage stock levels, ensure accurate inventory records, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain product availability.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing and aligned with brand standards, updating displays and presentations as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the jewellery or luxury goods sector.
  • Fluency in English, Chinese, and Mandarin (both verbal and written).
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales, achieve targets, and manage store performance effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong organisational abilities, with attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
