As a Showroom Manager, you will lead our team in Parramatta, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong leadership and customer service skills, with a keen eye for design and a background in sales and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of showroom sales associates to drive performance and achieve targets.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed showroom targets and foster a positive work environment.
  • Sales and Customer Service:
    • Assist customers in the showroom, providing expert product information and recommendations to drive repeat business.
    • Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets and KPIs through effective sales and customer service techniques.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range and stay updated on new arrivals and trends to provide detailed product demonstrations.
  • Operational and Administrative Duties:
    • Manage customer inquiries and orders through phone calls and emails to ensure efficient processing.
    • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a senior sales role with team management responsibilities, preferably within the bathware or home improvement industry. A strong background in sales and customer service, combined with excellent communication and organizational skills, is essential for success in this role.
