We are seeking an experienced Senior Store Manager to lead our Parramatta store team and oversee all store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures

• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure stock availability

• Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appearance and appeal

• Analyse sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff

• Manage the store's budget, including expenses and payroll

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Store Manager or in a similar retail management role

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

• A positive attitude and a passion for creating amazing customer experiences
