About the Role

As our Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain store operations. Your key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Customer Service - Providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a delightful experience through the provision of goods and services.
  • People Management - Supervising, training, coaching, and motivating your team to achieve their goals and targets.
  • Finances - Managing store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and minimising shrinkage.
  • Marketing - Collaborating with head office and centre management to promote and advertise products.
  • Presentation - Ensuring the store is visually appealing, using your knowledge of visual merchandising and brand standards.
  • Operations - Overseeing store operations, including stock management, maintenance, and delivery of Click + Collect KPIs.

What We're Looking For

  • 2 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-moving business with high volumes and sku's.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to lead your team to achieve targets and minimise shrinkage.
  • The ability to motivate, inspire, and engage team members and customers, providing advice and guidance on styling and selling.
  • Experience working in a high-volume stock environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
