Relief Retail Manager

This dynamic opportunity allows experienced retail professionals to take on a leadership role in regional destinations. As a Relief Retail Manager, you will travel to various venues across Queensland, shaping the culture and driving sales in exciting retail environments.

With over 20 hotels and numerous Bottleshops, our hospitality group is expanding rapidly across Queensland. We're passionate about enriching regional communities through authentic experiences.

About the Role:

  • You'll oversee the daily operations of Bottleshop and Drive Thru departments at designated venues, ensuring exceptional customer service and managing inventory.
  • You'll be responsible for driving sales to achieve business goals, working stints of varying durations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams of retail sales attendants, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Manage daily operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and staff scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with liquor licensing regulations.
  • Drive sales and profitability through excellent customer service and strategic planning.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing improvements where needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years management experience in retail or bottleshop environments.
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in liquor, FMCG, or hospitality industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of liquor products and RSA certification.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
