Job Title: Senior Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with external organizations, personnel at all levels, and senior officials to disseminate information and decisions professionally.
  • Work autonomously to redirect and respond to matters on behalf of the Operations Manager within defined boundaries.
  • Coordinate communications, papers, meeting documentation, and reports on behalf of the Operations Manager.
  • Assist in coordinating briefing notes, submissions, and responses on behalf of the Operations Manager when required.
  • Undertake investigation, research, and analysis of sensitive matters, maintaining a professional manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in providing high-level confidential support to senior management and office administration.
  • Ability to manage office administration in a demanding environment.
  • High level communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and consultation with various clients.
  • Ability to improve administrative systems, use problem-solving skills, and identify service improvement opportunities.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a complex environment.
  • Ability to participate in a team environment supporting quality human resource management practices.
