Program Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our national waste assessment program for commercial office assets.

The ideal candidate will have a qualified NABERS Waste Assessor with demonstrated years of experience, tertiary qualifications in Sustainability, Environment, Science, or Engineering (desirable), and several years of experience in sustainability, waste or circular economy consulting.

  • Develop and implement a portfolio NABERS Waste rating program for 30-40 sites
  • Conduct site assessments to rate and provide certificates and reports
  • Communicate rating outcomes to site teams and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and share best practices
  • Liaise with site teams and contractors to optimize rating outcomes
  • Provide regular program updates to the client
  • Contribute to national waste management strategies

About Your Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel interstate (1–5-day trips)
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and data platforms
