Job Title: Sustainability Advocate, Environmental Planning SpecialistJob Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Advocate to join our Environment and Planning team. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice on environmental risk management and compliance, pollution and licensing matters, renewable energy projects, waste management, and strategic planning and development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-depth analysis and recommendations on environmental impact assessments;
  • Assist with enforcement and litigation proceedings related to pollution and licensing;
  • Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental footprint;
  • Collaborate with clients to achieve their environmental goals and objectives;
  • Stay up-to-date on climate change laws and regulations.
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in environmental law and planning;
  • Strong knowledge of environmental laws and regulations;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Highly motivated individual who can take initiative.
