About this Opportunity

This is a two-year, fixed-term role based on our Melbourne campus, with possible requirements to work at other campuses.

The successful candidate will oversee domestic and international education delivery projects, focusing on the ASEAN region. The role involves collaborating with executive leaders to develop effective education solutions, overseeing project implementation, enhancing learning and teaching practices, and providing comprehensive student services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct analysis to identify stakeholders and their learning requirements.
  • Create tailored training initiatives that leverage our product suite in collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Map necessary architecture for delivering identified solutions, ensuring resources and system requirements are in place.
  • Evaluate operational readiness and risks while establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks to track progress and impact.
Essential Qualifications
  • Mandatory experience in Education or Training Solution Design, including adapting existing products, frameworks, and delivery models to meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Strategic use of existing capabilities, ability to leverage and adapt existing training products, services, and capabilities to meet client or industry needs.
  • Knowledge of learning design principles, familiarity with contemporary instructional design and digital pedagogy to ensure learning effectiveness.
  • Project planning and implementation readiness, ability to develop clear implementation plans, including timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
