  • Provide detailed status reports to schools using analytical tools and engagement reports.
  • Offer personalized support to customers in our online learning community.
  • Research educational trends to enhance Schoolbox and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Adaptive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence interacting with and presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel interstate and overseas.
