Are you our next rising star?
Join our team as a Room Attendant at The Treasury Hotel.
The Room Attendant, reporting to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, ensures that guest rooms are efficiently cleaned and maintained.
They play a key role in promoting positive guest and team culture.
A few of your responsibilities
Maintain and clean all assigned guest rooms and tasks as per our five-star standard
Complete 'Turn Down' if required
Stock trolleys with linen and guest supplies
Release guest rooms to Front Office when up to standard
Use hotel software to communicate with colleagues and log completed tasks
What we will be looking for
A good understanding of time management
The want to build a customer culture
The ability to build trust and teamwork
Great communication skills
