Supervisor Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Job Description:

As a supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading by example, and fostering a positive work environment. You will also assist with training, development, and performance management of team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the team in efficient day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  2. Be a role model for standards and behaviors consistent with our values and culture.
  3. Assist in training, developing, and driving the team to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences.
  4. Assist with hiring new team members and onboarding them.
  5. Manage staff performance reviews and rosters.
  6. Ensure food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard.
  7. Assist with ordering stock from suppliers and office administration duties.
  8. Manage daily and weekly cleaning of production areas, dining room, and general restaurant.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Previous shift supervisor experience.
  2. Passion for building a positive culture within the restaurant.
  3. Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to customers and colleagues.
  4. Professional appearance at all times.
  5. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing customer levels.
