- The Family Partnership Worker will be responsible for delivering culturally appropriate health services to families, fostering engagement and support, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of experience, skills, and personal attributes that align with the mission of this role. Candidates should demonstrate:
- Experience in clinical practice or community health education programs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families.
- A strong understanding of Aboriginal culture, history, and the social determinants of health affecting Indigenous communities.
- Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
