We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Victoria.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced early childhood professional to make a meaningful contribution to the quality and compliance of our centres across Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular centre visits to verify compliance and quality standards, identifying key strengths and areas for improvement.
- Support teams in meeting compliance and quality expectations through targeted guidance and education.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices across the network.
- An ACECQA-approved qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (Diploma or higher).
- A minimum of 5 years working in the Australian Early Childhood Sector in a Centre Leadership Position.
