About The Role
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance
    • Verify compliance and quality standards against national frameworks and organisational standards.
    • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled centre visits to assess quality and compile findings into a digital report.
    • Identify key strengths, areas of non-compliance, and quality indicators during centre visits, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Investigations and Support
    • Undertake investigations related to child harm complaints or incidents where the centre manager role is currently vacant.
    • Interview team members and relevant stakeholders, collect and analyse evidence, and write clear, evidence-based reports.
  • Capability Development and Knowledge Sharing
    • Support teams in understanding and meeting quality expectations by identifying gaps and delivering targeted guidance and education.
    • Communicate findings in a constructive manner, facilitate workshops and webinars, and develop best practice examples.
  • Collaboration and Engagement
    • Effectively contribute to national and state-level quality objectives through strong collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.
    • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure consistent application of standards and share insights across the network.
