Guardian Childcare & Education, a leading provider of quality early learning in Australia, seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Partner to support the growth and development of their national footprint of 180 centres.

About The Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying compliance and quality standards against the NQF and organisational standards, conducting fact-finding processes related to child harm complaints or incidents, and supporting teams in understanding and meeting compliance and quality expectations.
  • They will also contribute to both national and state-level quality and compliance objectives through strong collaboration, communication, and alignment with cross-functional teams.
Required Early Childhood Experience & Qualifications
  • An ACECQA-approved qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (Diploma or higher) is essential, as is a minimum of 5 years working in the Australian Early Childhood Sector in a Centre Leadership Position.
