Job Opportunity:
">Branch Support Role
">The Branch Support Officer position involves providing a point of contact for internal and external customers, supporting administrative and project functions, and ensuring customer service excellence.
">Key responsibilities include:

- Administering support services such as Outlook mailbox management, customer contact, word processing, filing, record management, photocopying, and data entry.">
- Assisting senior officers in an administrative capacity with projects, including tasks for the Manager and Branch Leadership Team.">
- Providing accurate and timely data entry of all activities. Preparing purchase order requests, carrying out electronic receipting, placing orders with suppliers, and arranging delivery of goods and services. Processing Corporate Purchase Card transactions and invoices.">
- Assisting with the organization of community events such as workshops, forums, and field days.">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will possess a Certificate II or III in Business Administration and have experience in a secretarial or administrative work environment.
">You will also need to demonstrate experience in using and understanding financial and customer service systems.
">A positive attitude, effective communication skills, and motivation are essential qualities for this position.
