About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a team of dedicated casual or permanent support workers living in the Sunshine Coast Region to assist participants living in the community

Our participants are looking for friendly, knowledgeable staff to assist them day to day with supported independent living.

Experience with community access, personal care and complexities are a must

Skills & Experience

Demonstrated, proven experience working with individuals who may have complex support needs in different environments
- Proven can do, positive and willing attitude
- Demonstrated ability to communicate well with others
- Friendly disposition and engaging manner
- Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care or Individual Support or higher
- Current First Aid certificate & CPR
- Workers Screening Card
- Blue Card
- NDIS Orientation Module
- NDIS Effective Communication Module
- Drivers Licence and Comprehensive Car Insurance
- COVID Hygiene Certificate

Our Selection Criteria
- Must be 18 years or older
- Vaccinated against COVID-19
- Have reliable transport and comprehensive car insurance
- Experience desired but not required
- Night and weekends availability desired

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.99 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Caloundra QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
