The role of the Early Customer Engagement Specialist involves supporting customers in their early arrears and offering short-term solutions to help them rehabilitate their credit facility.

Collections and Hardship have 5 distinct teams within the department, all fully focused on helping customers recover from financial difficulties.

This team supports the customers in their early stages of arrears, providing them with suitable payment arrangements to prevent further delinquency.

You will effectively manage client early-stage arrears, working closely with the customer to negotiate mutually agreeable payment outcomes.

As a key member of the Collections team, you will be responsible for achieving Recovery Rate Percentages (RPCs) and dollars recovered targets, minimizing credit losses for Credit Cards, Personal Loans, and Housing Loans.
