We are currently seeking a Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team in what is an exciting period for the Club.

The Role

This role involves working under the supervision of the Course Superintendent, assisting with all aspects of maintenance required for the upkeep of the golf courses and native heathland areas.

  • Maintenance: Assist with the operations and maintenance of both golf courses, including native heathland areas.
  • Maintenance: Assist with the maintenance, renovation and reconstruction of all turf and garden areas.
  • Landscaping: Carry out landscaping duties as required.
  • Setup: Set up the golf course for daily play and tournaments/club events.

You will also be responsible for safely operating and maintaining Turfcare equipment and other machinery or equipment requiring specialised licences upon being trained.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
  • An understanding of WH&S and Environmental management on a golf course.
