Pathways Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pathways Coordinator to join our team at Roxburgh College. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving student learning and achievement.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of whole-school improvement initiatives related to the school strategic plan and school priorities. This will include leading and managing the implementation of whole-school improvement strategies related to curriculum planning and delivery, as well as leading and managing the provision of professional development and developing individual and team development plans for teaching staff within the priorities of the school.
You will also be responsible for leading and managing staff performance and development, including the review of staff, and leading the development of the school's assessment and reporting policies and practices. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of the school operations and policies related to student welfare and discipline, and contributing to the overall leadership and management of the school.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the implementation of whole-school improvement initiatives related to the school strategic plan and school priorities.
- Lead and manage the implementation of whole-school improvement strategies related to curriculum planning and delivery.
- Lead and manage the provision of professional development and develop individual and team development plans for teaching staff within the priorities of the school.

- Contribute to the overall leadership and management of the school.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Provisional or full registration from the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum planning and delivery.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of teachers and support staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, parents, and the broader school community.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on student learning and achievement.
