Job Description

Job Title: Secondary Teacher with Pathways Coordinator Position of Responsibility

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Secondary Teacher to join our team as a Pathways Coordinator. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to Christian education and a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach VCE-VM subjects, with a strong preference for PE or Maths/Science
  • Hold a Position of Responsibility as Pathways Coordinator, responsible for the engagement, promotion, and enrolment of students with additional needs, as well as those requiring extension
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate Secondary School policies and programs related to VET, VCE-VM, and Victorian Pathways Certificate pathways
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide an engaging, differentiated program using 21st Century Pedagogy

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Education and/or relevant field
  • Experience in teaching VCE-VM subjects, with a strong preference for PE or Maths/Science
  • Strong commitment to Christian education and values
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
