Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Develop and implement careers curriculum that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Student Support: Provide subject selection and course counseling to students, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared for their future careers.
  • Event Planning: Organize and implement career events, such as career expos, job fairs, and industry visits, to provide students with opportunities to explore their career options.
  • Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, employers, and community groups, to provide students with access to career opportunities and resources.
  • Administration: Manage the Careers and Pathways budget, track student progress, and maintain accurate records of student career development.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.

  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and parents, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
