Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage and mitigate risks to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure collaborative approach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term success.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in design management or project management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in engineering or related field.
