About the Role
  • Lead structural design for water and wastewater infrastructure, including pump stations, pipelines, treatment plants, and more.
  • Evaluate technical quality from concept through detailed design.
  • Collaborate nationally with a multidisciplinary team to share knowledge and drive best practices.
  • Manage design packages or lead project components.
  • Mentor junior engineers to develop technical and professional skills.
  • Contribute to proposals and bids focusing on client-centric solutions.
About You
  • A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent) is required.
  • Essential experience in consultancy design is necessary, particularly in water infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools, WSAA codes, and Australian Standards is important.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • A collaborative, problem-solving mindset is required.
