Visual Merchandising Team Member

The role of a Visual Merchandising Team Member is to support the VM team in arranging merchandise displays that meet the creative direction.

You will be responsible for unloading shipments, maintaining and stocking the floor display and shelves, signage, and clearing of stock within the store.

This position requires someone with a strong understanding of VM principles, who is meticulous and detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.

This role will see you grow your skills in visual merchandising within a retail environment, with opportunities to multitask and work across various areas of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arranging merchandise displays that meet the creative direction
  • Unloading shipments, maintaining and stocking the floor display and shelves, signage, and clearing of stock
  • Maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail
  • Working collaboratively with the VM team to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
  • Visual merchandise experience in a retail environment
  • Visual merchandise qualifications or working towards is preferred
  • Solid attention to detail skills
  • Foster good communication skills to build relationships with your team
  • Natural creativity and a passion for visual merchandising
