OverviewSeed Heritage is seeking a talented and committed Window Display Assistant to join our Windows Team in Canberra.
This position is responsible for ensuring our high standard of presentation is consistently applied across our stores and concession pads within Canberra.Role: Visual Merchandiser - CanberraKey ResponsibilitiesInstalling the in-store and window VM conceptsApplying, interpreting, and implementing the in-store VM guidelinesMaintaining VM standards and store presentation standardsIdentifying and actioning merchandising opportunities to increase sales in conjunction with the Store Management TeamAchieving excellence in window presentation at all times, including installation of window schemes, stock changes, housekeeping, and maintenance of windowsEnsuring assigned stores achieve and maintain visual excellence and providing photographic and verbal feedback to ManagersAbout YouMinimum of 2 years Visual Merchandising experience (fashion apparel experience is an advantage)Experience assembling and styling prop-intensive window and in-store installationsStrong time management, organisational and communication skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamPassion for visual merchandising and attention to detailCurrent driver's license and access to a carBenefits$1,000 yearly clothing allowanceUp to 50% off new season product rangeCar allowanceOpportunity to work for an iconic Australian retailerCareer development and training across retail operationsEmployee referral programSupportive team culture and environmentAbout Brandbank GroupBrandbank was founded on bold creative thinking.
