Overview

Seed Heritage is seeking a talented and committed Window Display Assistant to join our Windows Team in Canberra. This position is responsible for ensuring our high standard of presentation is consistently applied across our stores and concession pads within Canberra.

Role: Visual Merchandiser - Canberra

Key Responsibilities
  • Installing the in-store and window VM concepts
  • Applying, interpreting, and implementing the in-store VM guidelines
  • Maintaining VM standards and store presentation standards
  • Identifying and actioning merchandising opportunities to increase sales in conjunction with the Store Management Team
  • Achieving excellence in window presentation at all times, including installation of window schemes, stock changes, housekeeping, and maintenance of windows
  • Ensuring assigned stores achieve and maintain visual excellence and providing photographic and verbal feedback to Managers
About You
  • Minimum of 2 years Visual Merchandising experience (fashion apparel experience is an advantage)
  • Experience assembling and styling prop-intensive window and in-store installations
  • Strong time management, organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for visual merchandising and attention to detail
  • Current driver's license and access to a car
