Customer Field Technician Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Field Technician to join our team in Cairns. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing cabling, diagnosing and repairing faults, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cabling installation, fault diagnosis and repair, and excellent communication skills. They will also be self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including cabling installations, network upgrades, and fault repairs. You will also be working closely with other teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
