The Role:

Join our Cairns office and play a crucial part of our Managed IT and Print solutions team as a skilled and dedicated Junior Print Technician. In this full-time role, you will take responsibility for providing excellent customer service by delivering high-quality repairs, installations, and general print & software-related support. If you are passionate about delivering a high level of service and possess a keen eye for quality print solutions, this opportunity is tailor-made for you

The key areas of focus are:

  • Customer Support – you will build positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service, clear communication, and quality outcomes within SLA
  • Adherence to service delivery processes & stock management- you will utilise systems for effective outcomes on all jobs and whilst maintaining desired productivity and stock management

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Print Technician or in a similar technical support role.
  • Previous experience in IT will be highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing printing equipment, including various printer models and accessories.
  • Sound knowledge of print software and the ability to troubleshoot software-related issues.
  • Strong customer service skills with a customer-focused approach and the ability to maintain professionalism even in challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality print solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient support delivery.
  • A proactive and problem-solving attitude, always seeking ways to improve processes and exceed customer expectations.
  • Possession of a current and valid driver's license.
  • Possession of a Blue Card or the ability to obtain one for working with children.
