Operations Manager Role Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of our support services, ensuring compliance with NDIS and organizational standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage rosters aligned with participant needs.
  • Lead and support staff; manage shifts and performance issues.
  • Maintain support plans, risk assessments, and NDIS compliance.
  • Oversee documentation, case notes, and reporting.
  • Approve payroll-related submissions.
  • Handle incidents, complaints, and feedback.
  • Liaise with participants, families, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate staff training and competency checks.
  • Ensure compliance and audit readiness.
  • Drive service improvements and track KPIs.
  • Maintain data accuracy and generate reports.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Proven experience in NDIS operations or community-care leadership and skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
