Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive clinical use of new systems and existing products, ensuring all stakeholders are confident and competent
  • Work collaboratively with teams to achieve installations to agreed timelines and quality, including configuration, system optimisation, assay validation and instrument software updates/upgrades
  • Provide technical and clinical information to customers to provide better customer and patient outcomes in conjunction with the Marketing team and Product Specialists
  • Prepare, set up and deliver clinical training as per customer requirements

About You:

  • You will have either a scientific or clinical background with tertiary qualifications in Science, Applied Science or related field or registered nursing qualifications (ED, ICU, Cardiology or Cardiac Thoracic experience preferred)
  • Ideal candidate has a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in your field, strong customer focus, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Able to travel when required, preferably holding a current Drivers Licence and able to provide evidence of eligibility to work in Australia and New Zealand

Salary Range:$100,000 - $120,000 AUD p.a., depending on experience
