About the Role

As a Healthcare Innovations Specialist, you will be responsible for driving clinical use of new systems and existing POC products, ensuring all stakeholders are confident and competent.

You will work collaboratively with Point of Care and Engineering teams to achieve installations to agreed timelines and quality, including performing relevant configuration, system optimisation, assay validation and instrument software updates/upgrades.

Additionally, you will provide technical and clinical information to the customer to provide better customer and patient outcomes in conjunction with the Marketing team and Product Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive clinical use of new systems and existing POC products
  • Work collaboratively with Point of Care and Engineering teams to achieve installations
  • Provide technical and clinical information to customers
  • Prepare, set up and deliver clinical training as per customer requirements
Requirements

You will have either a scientific or clinical background with tertiary qualifications in Science, Applied Science or related field or registered nursing qualifications (ED, ICU, Cardiology or Cardiac Thoracic experience preferred).

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in your field, demonstrated strong customer focus, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and be a solid team contributor with a strong results orientation.

Ability and willingness to travel when required. The role is predominantly based in New South Wales and may involve travel to assist other teams within Australia/New Zealand.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 AUD depending on experience and location.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a current drivers licence, and eligibility to work in Australia and New Zealand.
