Contract Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Contract Management Specialist to join our Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our contracting and procurement practices are compliant and thorough.

The ideal candidate will have considerable experience in contracts and procurement, with a strong focus on commercial negotiation, end-to-end procurement processes, and supplier lifecycle management.

This is a part-time opportunity, offering flexibility and work-life balance. You will have the opportunity to drive the continued development of our contracts function, leading tendering processes, contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role
  • Commercial Negotiation Experience: The ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Procurement Processes: Experience of end-to-end procurement processes, including competitive tendering, contract award, and supplier onboarding.
  • Supplier Lifecycle Management: The ability to manage the entire supplier lifecycle, from initial engagement to contract renewal or termination.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
