The Role

We seek a key connector to lead membership services and commercial partnerships.

You'll nurture prospects, support existing members, build long-term relationships with sponsors, exhibitors and delegates.

This role involves trust and engagement, not hard-selling. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our members feel valued, our community thrives and our events deliver commercial success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Growing membership by identifying prospects and nurturing relationships across the venue, entertainment and events industries.
  • Driving retention and engagement by delivering high-quality member experiences from onboarding through to renewal.
  • Overseeing commercial partnerships, securing sponsorships and ensuring sponsor satisfaction through effective account management.
  • Leading exhibitor recruitment and servicing for our flagship VMA Congress.
  • Supporting delegate experience by coordinating registration, accommodation and event services.
  • Curating and delivering member networking events including our After 5 program.
