The Recovery Coach/Support Coordinator plays a pivotal role in fostering a culture of passion, integrity, and respect. Success is measured not only by achievements but also by the approach taken to achieve them.
- Dual services are provided, with collaboration across teams to support individuals with psychosocial disabilities in living full and meaningful lives.
- Key responsibilities include providing services as both a Support Coordinator and Recovery Coach.
- Individuals with psychosocial disabilities are supported to take control of their lives and manage daily challenges.
- Work planning, meeting KPIs, monitoring progress, and taking corrective actions as needed form an essential part of this role.
- Project implementation and key tasks are assisted with.
- Authorization and action of expenditure within financial delegation ensures compliance with operational delegations.

This role requires qualifications in peer work or mental health, at least two years of experience in related fields, and relevant certifications.
