Life Enrichment Assistant

We are seeking a Support Assistant to provide high-quality support services to clients with disabilities.
Our Community Supports Services focus on helping clients develop essential life skills and confidence. We offer a welcoming space where clients can engage in activities, participate in community events, and build meaningful relationships with our support staff.
As a Support Assistant, you will work closely with clients to identify their goals and develop tailored plans to achieve them. You will also provide ongoing support and care to clients, assisting them with daily tasks and activities as needed.
The ideal candidate will be confident, resilient, and able to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and support clients' unique needs.
You will require flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including afternoons, nights, weekends, and public holidays. A valid Australian Driver's License, Working With Children Check, and NSW NDIS Workers Screening Check are also required.
