Rehabilitation Consultant

We're seeking a Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a real difference in people's lives and providing excellent customer care. They will help clients regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to undertake assessments relevant to your discipline and develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.

  • Undertake assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.
  • Design and deliver meaningful intervention programmes that build functional capacity and independence.
  • Develop tailored rehabilitation plans and return to work strategies.
  • Identify barriers and implement practical evidence-based solutions.
  • Navigate multiple funding schemes to empower client recovery.
What We Look For
  • Australian recognised degree qualification in Psychology and AHPRA accreditation or qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and professional registration with ASORC.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • A customer-first mindset with a focus on quality outcomes.
  • Confidence working independently in the community.
  • Driver's licence and vehicle required.
  • Eligibility for a working with children's check and police clearance.
