Working with our growing division, you will be working within our collaborative commercial team, supporting the success of numerous projects.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and ensure compliance with client contracts throughout the project/s
  • Oversee project start-up, procurement, delivery and project close-out
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to clients
  • Manage subcontractors from onboarding to claim assessments
  • Monitor commissioning activities including documentation
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and contractual obligations
  • Maintain relevant registers that track and substantiate the project's commercial position
  • Contribute to the project commercial strategy and drive commercial outcomes
About You
  • Understand the risks and opportunities associated with all project contractual agreements
  • Have a sound working knowledge of project administration and project control
  • Develop analytical skills and maintain high attention to detail
  • Hold a relevant tertiary qualification
  • Possess positive negotiation, conflict and influencing skills
  • Have written and oral communication skills with an ability to present information to various audiences
  • Be proficient in the MS Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
