Job Description

As a strategic leader, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage corporate functions within our organization. The purpose of this role is to lead teams and ensure the successful and efficient operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level strategic advice and support to senior managers across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of client focus and commitment to quality service amongst the corporate area.
  • Prepare and oversee the preparation of complex reports, submissions, briefing notes, and memorandums specific to Corporate Services activities.
  • Establish and monitor performance and reporting for corporate services functions, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and manage core corporate functions for our organization, including oversight and monitoring of the annual budget and forward estimates.
  • Develop and foster workplace practices that build a constructive culture with a focus on integrity, performance, capability building, personal accountability, and nurturing of leadership potential.

Tertiary qualifications or relevant work experience relating to human resources, finance, public management, or related disciplines would be highly desirable.
