Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our corporate services division. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and overseeing key business functions.

About the Role

You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and have direct oversight of a team of 26 staff members. Your primary objective will be to deliver high-quality corporate services that build the organization's capacity, capability, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic guidance on corporate financial resources, ensuring strong fiscal management and oversight of departmental budgets.
  • Culture and Capability: Foster a values-driven work environment that promotes staff wellbeing, builds organizational capability, and strengthens our ability to deliver on our statutory responsibilities.
  • Governance and Risk: Set organizational objectives, policies, and performance standards, ensuring effective governance, risk management, and operational delivery.
  • Innovation and Growth: Drive business transformation and cultural initiatives that enhance capability, performance, and technology utilization.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require exceptional judgement, strategic acumen, and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships. Relevant qualifications and previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.

Benefits

This position offers a total fixed remuneration package of $231,634 to $240,233 per annum, inclusive of car allowance, superannuation, and leave loading.
