This is an exceptional opportunity to join our integrity agency as a Corporate Strategy Executive Leader. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing strategic advice to the Queensland Ombudsman and leading the provision of enabling services.
About the Role- We are seeking a strategic leader with proven corporate services expertise and transformational change capabilities.
- The successful candidate will lead the delivery of corporate strategy, governance, risk management, and human resources functions.
- You will provide operational oversight, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and manage a multi-functional team.
- Demonstrated success in leading major change initiatives to support a growing or evolving organisation.
- Experience in corporate services team leadership and stakeholder engagement.
- Sophisticated communication skills with a sound understanding of the public sector environment.
- Advanced planning, prioritisation, and resource management skills.
