Job Description\

The Director, Corporate Services will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of the Office's corporate and administrative functions. This includes guiding the implementation and continuous improvement of governance frameworks, corporate planning cycles, and policy and compliance practices.

Key Responsibilities:\
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide direction and guidance to the team in achieving the Office's objectives and goals.
  • Corporate Governance: Ensure that the Office's corporate governance frameworks are implemented and maintained.
  • Cycle Planning: Oversee the development and implementation of corporate planning cycles.
  • Policy and Compliance: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.

The Director, Corporate Services will work closely with the Deputy Official Secretary and other senior stakeholders to achieve the Office's objectives.
