Regional Service Lead

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires an experienced professional to oversee a portfolio of early childhood centres in Regional Queensland.
About the Role- Travel to regional services to provide on-site guidance, support and leadership.
- Develop high-performing teams by mentoring, coaching and leading Centre Directors.
- Deliver strong Educational Leadership and demonstrate expertise in pedagogy.
- Maintain compliance with policies and procedures, driving continuous improvement.
- Monitor service performance, occupancy growth and operational progress.
- Prepare reports on visits, service outcomes and operational development.

Requirements- Relevant tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Proven experience in leadership, mentorship and coaching roles within early childhood education.
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Lady Gowrie QLD policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
