About the Role

This role involves cataloguing and sentencing physical records, ensuring compliance with relevant retention and disposal schedules. The successful applicant will work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality services.

  • Data Upload and Tracking: Responsible for uploading data into spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Cataloguing and Sentencing: Catalogue and sentence physical records in line with retention and disposal schedules.
  • Daily Performance Reporting: Complete daily logs of items processed to support performance reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work independently and meet targets.
