**Our client are currently seeking Traffic controllers who have worked within the rail industry and hold a rail industry worker ticket. We have major projects coming up across Sydney within the rail industry.**

**Job sites will be located throughout the Sydney region. Travel times may be up to 1 hours.**

**Duties**:

- Monitoring gates, bus stops & railway corridors
- Report on-site hazards and near misses to your team leader
- Obey instructions from team leaders, foremen or inspectors and auditors on site
- Monitor traffic behavior and flow to ensure safety is maintained at all times
- Protect maintenance workers, work crew, and members of the public by controlling traffic, pedestrians, and cyclist

**Criteria**:

- Must have drivers license and own Vehicle.
- Minimum of 6 months experience is needed for this job
- Reliable and on time
- Must be willing to accept emergency calls, day, night and weekend if necessary (please be advised work is done mostly on the weekend)
- Good attitude towards coworkers and clients
- Must have own PPE, radio (at least 2 watt radio), night gear and night wand
- Must be committed to working day or night and be ready for on call work
- Must have a white card, TCR & IMP
- Must Have a rail industry inducted ticket to work within the rail corridors

**Salary**: $33.00 - $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
